I'm teaming up with family and friends to do the Palace to Palace cycle on 6 October, which is a 45 mile bike ride from Buckingham Palace to Windsor, on behalf of The Prince's Trust.

The Prince's Trust is a charity in the United Kingdom founded by Prince Charles to help vulnerable young people get their lives on track. It supports 11 to 30-year-olds who are unemployed and those struggling at school and at risk of exclusion.
