As you'll see above I plan to cycle and run from Ally Pally (North London) to Hamilton Palace (Chatelherault just south of Glasgow) 29.07.19 - 03.08.19 to celebrate turning 40. By my calculations it is approximately 450 miles. Of the 450 I need to run at least 100 miles. If you're interested in more information let me know and I'll send you the itinerary.

I had barely been on a road bike before this year so I don't expect it to be that easy. The challenge will be done over 6-7 days and will be cycling/running on alternate days.
