Bluebird Care Gosport are dedicating 2019 to raising awareness and reducing the issue of social isolation and loneliness within older people. We are hoping to unite communities to drive social change.
We will be launching many initiatives over the next 12 months in the hope to raise awareness and vital funds for the silver line whose important work go a long way to giving the people who need it a friendly voice and vital companionship.
