Thanks for taking the time to visit.

“Miss Europe World climbs one of the worlds deadliest mountains”.

“On average 26 people die trying to climb Elbrus every year, which is a higher death toll than that of Mt. Everest, the highest peak in the world.”

Beauty queens aren’t all high heels and hair spray! I’m beyond excited and eternally grateful to have the opportunity to take the Miss Europe World 2018 sash to the summit of Europe’s highest mountain as an ambassador for the British Skin Foundation.

HUGE THANK YOU to my sponsors of the climb, Holonis. They are the next big social media platform for influencers and content creators which easily allows you to monetise your brand: - go to the App Store to download now, follow me and I will follow back :)

I will be climbing with Aaron Shoemaker aka adventure Vlogger at Wanderlost Productions! He will be documenting the climb via a photographic/video diary with incredible footage of which he does best! His Instagram is:

Miss Europe World 2018: “As a sufferer of eczema and psoriasis I wanted to take on a challenge to raise funds for the research of skin conditions and skin cancers. A large amount of the population has been affected by a skin condition at any time and conditions can cause severe low self esteem, depression and even lead to suicide. Although mostly I now have mine under control and in remission, I do occasionally have flare ups that cover my entire body. This used to be by permanent reality for a number of years until I was able to manage the underlying causes, so I fully understand the low feelings and reactions of society surrounding having a chronic skin condition.

Having been in the modelling industry for over a decade, I was determined not to let it stop me from achieving my dreams. Reaching the summit with my Miss Europe World sash is a symbol of overcoming my limitations, challenges and hurdles during my modelling career. The hope is to inspire anyone who may be reading this that has a personal limitation WHATEVER that may be - a skin condition, lack of self confidence, a disability... that despite whatever your limitation, regardless you CAN overcome the opinions of others and succeed. Dream big, the world is your oyster”.

About the climb.

One of the 7 summits, “Mount Elbrus is the highest mountain in Europe, and the tenth most prominent peak in the world. A dormant volcano, Elbrus is in the Caucasus Mountains in Southern Russia, near the border with Georgia.“

Elevation: 5,642 m

“Any mountain above 5500m brings unique risks. Acclimatization to the lack of oxygen is critical to success.” Lack of oxygen is a real and genuine danger on expeditions, being physically fit has no correlation to who will be affected. I have previously climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro and I acclimatised well, however just because you acclimatised well one time doesn’t mean you will again and this time it is technically more challenging due to the weather conditions/ being a glacier climb.

Climbing in snow and ice conditions, I have never climbed using axe or ice crampons before.

The British Skin Foundation.

Please check out The British Skin foundation. I have been an ambassador for them for around 4 years now and I am so grateful for the work that they do.

“Sixty percent of British people currently suffer from or have suffered with a skin disease at some point during their lifetime. Some skin conditions are manageable, others are severe enough to kill. We are here to help change that.

We are the UK's only charity dedicated to skin research, and all of our donations and fundraising events are crucial to enabling us to continue our work.

Help us find a cure today.”
