I'm taking part in the rainbow run In aberdare because it's for ty hafan., my twin cousins rhodri and lewys were diagnosed at 10 weeks old with muscular dystrophy, it was a massive shock to the family, rhodri and lewys find help and comfort at the ty hafan centre and also the rest of the family get much needed support, this is my way of giving a little for them, please give what you can to see me covered in paint from head to toe :).
