On July 23rd, I, along with a group of my Iceland colleagues I will be participating in the National Three Peaks Challenge. To say I'm nervous is an understatement. We will be climbing Ben Nevis in Scotland followed by Scafell Pike in The Lake District followed by Snowdon at the Snowdonia National Park in Wales, all within 24 hours. It's a huge task but along with my pals for support, I'm sure we can do it! We are raising money for the Iceland Foods Charitable Foundation which is helping to build a 1st of it's kind Dementia research centre at the UCL College Hospital in London. It's a great cause and we'd love to raise as much money as possible.
