Paws Rescue UK is an animal charity whose aim is to support the rehoming of cats and dogs from our partner organisation, Paws Rescue UK (Qatar). Our mission is to rescue and re-home abandoned cats and dogs, which we do through means of a purpose built shelter in Messaieed, Qatar. Although we try to be self funding as much as we can, in February 2018 we lost our major local sponsor. This has left us with the responsibility of paying all the bills for fuel to power the generator that runs the air conditioning and pumps the water. In 50 degrees of heat our animals cannot survive without it. We fund all vet care and emergency vet services when needed. All the animals need microchips, regular vaccinations, worming, tick treatments, dentals. We pay for cat litter. We pay a driver to ferry sick or adopted animals up and down from the rescue. We have regular facility maintenance costs. The service we offer is essential. And we really, really need your help to see us through. Thank you xx

My son Jamie has fostered a dog who unfortunately started her life in the hands of evil humans, she was hit by a car on a motorway which resulted in her getting two broken legs ,one which was so badly broken resulted in her leg being amputated.These past 6 weeks that my son has cared and given her loads of affection she has become a loving dog.

I have just spent the past week visiting my son and we also met phoebe,we fell in love with her too.And my son now wants to adopt her and have her brought over to the u.k,but the charity has little funds to keep doing the wonderful things they are doing.
