Story
Following on from completing my challenge last year I'll be taking part in the David Goggins 4x4x48 challenge in a couple of weeks.
I'll be running 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours. Starting my first run at 8am on March 5th and finishing my last run at around 4am March 7th.

On May 31st i'll be challenging myself to complete the following, pretty much back to back.
13.1 Mile run (Half Marathon)
1000 Push Up's
1000 Sit Up's
1000 Burpee's
1000 Squats
To make things more difficult i'll be aiming for sub 90 minute half marathon for a PB.
I'm aware this will tough but i'm more than confident that i'll do it.
Although the last couple of months have been difficult for everybody, I feel very grateful to have a roof over my head and to still live comfortably with a great family around me. Unfortunately not all of us are this lucky and I feel like I need to try and give something back to those less fortunate.
I'll be raising money for Lifeshare - a charity helping homeless and vulnerable people across Greater Manchester
