We have all lost loved ones to cancer and other life limiting illnesses and the Pilgrims Hospices cared for my Dad brilliantly. I have lost both my parents and one of my brothers to cancer and several other family members over the years. 

I am now very proud to be part of their volunteering team and this is my chance to raise more funds for this amazing charity so we can help support more families facing difficult times.  It is not all about end of life, it is about making the most of what time we each have left and my late Brother once wrote a poem about "This terminal life" which applies to all of us, healthy or otherwise.
