Story

Around two years ago, I decided to walk 10 miles to help raise money for the victims of Typhoon Sendong which struck the Philippines so badly, by the time I finished the walk, I was in pain and couldn't walk for a week!

My original plan was to walk to App's Court Farm in Surrey, venue for the Barrio Fiesta sa London, due to a number of reasons including a recent health issue, I believe this will prove to be too much, I have therefore decided that I will still walk but this time to the Philippine Embassy in London from Bromley Town Centre, a distance of around 15 miles!!!

Why am I still doing this? To help raise money for the Sambat Trust which helps to provide books for school children in the Philippines, as most of you know, the Philippines and it's people are close to my heart!

Where am I walking to?

I hope to walk from Bromley Town Centre in Kent to the Philippine Embassy in London on Monday 30th September 2013.

Thanks so much to everyone who has supported this effort and still seeking more support so that we can help to buy more books to support Philippine children with their education.

Thanks ever so much for your support!!!
