The goal of the Man Expeditions Community is to raise funds and awareness about the rapid decline of the African Lion population. According to the IUCN lion populations have declined 43% in the last 21 years (1993 - 2004), with less than 20,000 remaining. All donations and sponsorships raised here will go along way to protect the African Lion and to ensure the survival of this iconic species. Please help us by adopting a Lion to support its release back into the wild during the release phase of the release programme.  Remember, for every pledge of $10 or more you will get a tax receipt.
