Story

Thanks for visiting our fundraising page. Its still not too late to sponsor us!

Matt Lowe, Tim Chater and Ollie Clark ran the Windermere Marathon 2009 in aid of the British Heart Foundation in memory of our friend Pete Bamford, who died last year of a heart condition at the age of 29.

We all finished in one piece and were joined on the run by Pete's brother Dave,  and by Anna who was amongst a small dedicated team who supported us through rainstorms and injuries.

For anyone interested in times:
Matt  4.44.10
Dave 4.49.22
Tim   4.57.10
Ollie  4.57.59

A massive thankyou to everyone who sponsored and supported us, especially those who were there to cheer us on, nurse us and feed us  things.
