I had heard of Brighter Futures (BF)but had no interest in attending as it was not for me .

One day that changed-I knew that i had nothing to loose and possibly everything to gain ,so i walked in the door and that was the start.Since then my life makes more sense and i have gradually gone from strength  to strength .For those lucky people that known me (!)-quitting smoking and running a 26 mile marathon is ridiculous....yet I HAVE quit smoking and I AM doing this marathon.I mite need some help by being picked up off the floor at the finishing line but I AM still going to be there!!!!

Why am i doing this?

I want to help raise money for BF to be able to help people like me ,People like me who wouldn't walk through the door or take that first step.Now i am running a marathon and i have a new lease of life-if this inspires one person then i will be really proud of my achievement.I want my children and family to be proud of me (and of course world peace ...but one step at the time ..)

For this i need your help-no donation is to small(and obviously no amount to big!)-I will keep you updated ....and wish me luck !!!
