Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page

On 6th June 2020, I am going to undertake a walk from Rosthwaite in the Borrowdale valley, across varied terrain, to Carlisle, a distance of some 62kms. The timescale for this event is sub 24 hours. This is not an organised event, I shall be completing it with a family member, and importantly Carrie as my support crew.

Strongmen.org is a charity close to my heart. They offer support to men who have mental health issues such as depression, anxiety and PTSD as a result of bereavement. 

The money raised will contribute to free weekends away for those suffering, involving them in physical activity as well as giving them the chance to talk to people in similar circumstances. 

Please please please give this some consideration.
