I am running the great North run in memory of a fantastic lady Kate Armstrong. Kate sadly passed away in April 2019. despite living the majority of her life with epilepsy Kate was always full of life and lit up any room that she walked into. Kate is missed by so many people. 

Epilepsy Action work hard everyday for people like Kate.
