On 20th August 2011, I am taking part in the "Hell on the Humber" event, a 12 hour endurance running race based on the Humber Bridge, running through the night.

I will be aiming to run as far as possible in the 12 hours on a 4 mile loop crossing the bridge twice each loop.  

I have been training pretty hard, however, I'm not sure how you prepare for the exhaustion in the middle of the night, a nap might be in order??

I am hoping to raise as much as possible for the Help for Heroes charity, please give generously.
