After the success of my March to 310km challenge I decide that I needed to up my game for my next one.

Running a marathon has been on my radar for a while and what better one to do  than the Loch Ness marathon. The concept is simple, start at the beginning and run 26.2 Miles in a relatively straight line, what could be easier? Training was going great, confidently running 18 miles on my long runs and then….BOOM….. Stupid Covid hit and has obliterated a big chunk of my training regime, alas, the world record will have to wait this time. The silver lining however is that  a PB is still on the cards so that is something 😀.

Once more I am coming cap in hand to ask if you can donate to the Emma Cameron Foundation, this is an amazing charity that my friend Alan set up in memory of his daughter,. Check the website to see the brilliant work that they do.
