Alex and I took part in the first track trek between East Grinstead and Kingscote. Last year I assisted the Trust in collecting the proceeds and Alex dished out medals to any participants raising in excess of £100

This year Vernon seems to have sufficient help so we are unlikely to get away with sitting on the platform watching everyone else finishing

Therefore this year Alex and I have decided to take part again. The walk is nearly 5 miles which is about 50 strolls to The Thatched and 100 to the Shunam, curry house, which is about as far as he and I usually walk!!!!

As we are going to have to walk further that Alex ever has and further than I have for 20 years we would very much like to make this worth while by raising loads of money so please sponsor us.
