A great idea and a keen supporter of my efforts. So go have a look and tell them I sent you.

This time next week I'll be trying to find my legs after a 100 mile ride round the New Forest. Please donate to such a worthy charity. Thanks.

So its 2 weeks now before the first 100 mile challenge and training is going exceptionally well. I really want to do it in less than 6 hours! With my current pace that should be possible. I'm so grateful for all your support please keep it coming. There will be loads of pictures taken on the day so don't worry I'll be sharing them as soon as. Thanks

4 weeks to the first 100 mile challenge and training is going well! 50km ride yesterday and a 8km run tonight. Another run tomorrow and the more riding on Thursday. Planning an 80km ride for a couple of weeks time with a few time trail runs in the middle! So all in all things are looking good. Please don't forget why I'm doing this and please pass on all the details to all you know. Text KOMS99 plus your donation to 70070. I also have forms so I can add your name to that and collect the money at a later date. Once more challenges are confirmed I will let you know but the next one is likely to be the 26 Oct, 85 miles around the Pewsey Vales. The triathlons will be confirmed in the new year. I've applied for my place in the Ride London 100 too. So please please give what you can to a great charity and ill keep going through the barrier! Thank you

So its been a while since I pestered you all but today has been a rest day (thank god) with only a month to go now until my first 100 mile challenge the next few weeks will be spent in the saddle of my bike. Starting with an easy roll out tomorrow night as well as Saturday afternoon, then a long ride on Sunday. Gonna be a mad few weeks of cycling (with a bit of running too). The swimming begins at the end of October when the dark comes earlier. So you all know why I'm doing this and what I need you all to do! Text KOMS99 followed by your donation to 70070 or visit http://www.justgiving.com/Martyn-Seddon or do it the old fashioned way and come see me and put your donation on a form. Either way every little counts. I'm aiming to raise £2000 by next summer. So plenty of time!! Thank you so much for reading and donating!

Hello me again! I suppose an update is required. So training is going ok. Very sore today. Blitzed a 7km run and a 18km ride over the weekend and had a good circuit session last night. Rest today then back at it tomorrow. Couple of long rides coming up prepping for the 100 mile sportive in October. Also looking into the Ride It event in South Wiltshire at the end of October which is 85 miles. So all in all things are going well and training is moving along nicely. Please please keep the donations coming only been open 4 days and £80 already raised. Text KOMS99 plus your donation to 70070 or click the link. Thank you for all your support and I'll keep the updates coming.

26 Oct looks like the next challenge. More to follow!

Wiggle New Forest 100 Sportive booked and confirmed. First challenge accepted! Oct.11 2014 with my buddy Lee Weston.

Thank you for the donations so far. Just to let everyone know my first event is booked. I'm taking part in the Woggle New Forest 100 Sportive along with my good buddy Lee Weston. This will be my first ever 100 mile bike ride and will mark the start of my challenge. so Oct 11 2014 is the day. I will keep you all updated and post some pictures too. Thanks again.

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Over the next 12 months I intend to compete in as many triathlons/duathlons and 100 mile bike sportives as possible in order to get fit of course but also to raise as much money as possible for the MS Society. The final ride of the year I'm hoping for will be the Prudential Ride London 100.

MS has played a part in my life for many years not as a sufferer but as a son of a sufferer. Although she's ill my mum has always done everything she can for me and my sisters and never asked for anything in return. I want to do this to raise awareness and money for the fight against MS.

More recently a good friend of mine was struck with MS and again has proved that with the right help and determination it doesn't mean the end of what was before.

Please give what you can weather its pennies or pounds all it great fully received.

My first challenge will be the Wiggle New Forest Sportive a 100 mile bike ride through the New Forest on the 11 October. I will update my page as much as I can and keep you all updated as to what's happening.

Thanks again for coming here and reading my little story and thanks in advance for your donations.
