Story
Hello my friends!
I’m starting early for my 2018 cycling challenge as it’s a big one.
I’ve just registered for the 2018 London to Paris cycle race - this will lead me to cycle 308 miles over 4 days starting in central London and ending at the Eiffel Tower.
As it’s a big event - my toughest challenge yet - I’m in training already to build up my endurance and stamina. So that I can be confident of 4 days intense cycling without any injuries.
The charity I’m going to be fund raising for with this challenge is one that I see in action every day at work, it’s for Sobell House Hospice Charity.
Sobell House is a hospice that offers palliative care for people with life limiting illnesses. It costs in the region of £3 million a year to run Sobell and the charity provides a significant amount towards these costs.
As with my previous charity challenges I will be incredibly grateful for any and all support - you can sponsor me in person, or via my Just Giving page - look out for the links on my updates which I’ll be posting to let you all know how it’s going.
You all know me, and know how much I love smashing any challenges - so I’d love it if my biggest challenge can raise in excess of my previous totals of about £1600. So if you can please help me pass that total by sponsoring me, and sharing my posts so as many people as possible can see it and add their support.
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
