Thanks for helping me complete this challenge!

I have decided to take the decision to stop drinking for 2019. The advertising industry is still fuelled by alcohol and many struggle with this. In times of insecurity and stress many in the advertising industry turn to alcohol mis-use to help them cope. Little light is shone on this subject and throughout 2019 ill be working to raise awareness of this through the non-drinking programme.

Across 2019 ill be staying on the mocktail side of the drinks menu and supporting NABS, who provide a fantastic support to those that need it, through kind donations from folks just like yourself.

Please give generously – it could be a long year.
