Aiming to complete the David Goggins 4x4x48 challenge.

Pretty simple - run 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours. I'll start at 16:00 on Friday 5th March and complete 12 runs (possibly a bit of walking) covering 48 miles - possibly a bonus 2 miles as I am 50 this year and seems sensible (if i am still able to move).

I'm raising money for Parent Support Link who provide support to families facing challenges, especially important in current times.
