This has already given me the motivation to lose the excess weight (nearly 2 stone) so the next step is actually preparing to be able to a) run that far & b) finish it in a time that isn't completely embarassing..

 

As part of my effort to get people to donate, The person who is the top donator can pick what kind of t-shirt I wear (that I will pay for of course) with any messages that you want written on it (embarassing or otherwise).. even a Nottingham Forest Shirt!!

 

 

The reason I picked Alzheimer's society is because last year I lost my Grandfather after a long struggle with the disease. Anything that I can raise to help make some progress against this would be great.
