I know this will come as a big surprise to many but this year I will be 50!

In those 50 years I have known many people who have had breast cancer and have benefited from the amazing support and medical treatment provided by the NHS. As a result I would like to raise some money for 'Against Breast Cancer'  who fund pioneering research into new treatments, tools for earlier diagnosis and advice to reduce the risk of recurrence and secondary spread.

Brighton Half Marathon - February 24th 2019 - COMPLETED

Mountain biking the South Downs Way. 100 miles off road in a day - June 2019 (with Rob Kings) COMPLETED

Road cycling Mount Teide, Tenerife - 23 mile / 7,750 ft continuous climb up and back down again - July 4th 2019 (with Marcus Stewart) COMPLETED

Hever Castle Triathalon -  September 28th (with Geoff Wigg)
