On Saturday 25 September I'm taking on a 25km hike in the Chiltern Hills to raise vital funds for Centrepoint's work. Centrepoint is the UK's leading charity for homeless young people. Together with our partners, we support more than 14,000 homeless 16-25 year olds into a home and job every year through giving them a safe place to live and support with their health, education, and learning needs. We start them on a path to more independence and the ability to achieve their short and long term goals.
