This is my first ever run. I have lost 8 and a half stone since August 2011. In May 2013 I felt confident enough to start exercising at a local gym. Immediately I felt the benefits and was surprised how my fitness imrpoved and how much I enjoyed it. So I decided that I wanted to do a run and the St Davids Day 10K seemed like the ultimate starter!!

Cancer Research Wales is a charity being supported by the run, so I have decided to direct any sponsorship money towards their fine cause.
