Story
Come April 22 this year, I shall be on the iconic London Marathon (sprinting a distance of 42.2km/26miles) in loving memory of my dear friend - Dr Maria Idigo who until her sudden transition was an overly generous lady. She gave everything - her time, words of advice, money, resources and her infinite knowledge.
Like every other healthy and happy human, Dr Maria went to bed after a busy business day but never woke up. A living saint who lived each day as a selfless problem solver, taking on every responsibility thrown at her. She was kind, vibrant, dynamic, intelligent, gentle and welcomes everyone with a genuine smile.
If there's any human who deserves waking up with a heart beat, that person is YOU as well as Dr Maria.
Now, this is my warm health campaign message to you: keep a closer tab on your coronary health. Regular checks and visits to your GP even if it's for a chat, re-assurance or check-up appointments.
Exercise moderately cutting down on foods with high saturated fats, salts and sugars. Eat a varied, balanced and portion-sized meal. Remember your daily supplements - as a medical expert, Dr Maria recommended the Forever - Aloe Gel (that nature's juice in the yellow bottle). Take regular time off work to play a game, rest, unwind, de-stress, re-invigorate and relax. Your body will surely thank you for loving it.
Stay well and God bless you for your unrivalled support to this cause.
Your girl,
