Story

The MedYoga Meditation Circle is a free online service, we just ask that people make a donation to support the charity Bowel Cancer UK via this page.

MedYoga is the brainchild of Davinder Ojalla, The Lightworker Coach, you can find out more about it here: www.davinderojalla.com

"We hope our Mindfulness Meditation Circle brings you peace, calm & stillness through your journey. Thank you so much for allowing us to share our gifts with you as it really is a gift for us to serve you."

The reason we've chosen Bowel Cancer UK is because our friend Steve Clark (Bear) is going through this disease and has recently passed the 5-year survival mark despite having a stage 4 diagnosis. Throughout his journey he's been helped by meditation and mindfulness practice and gives back by actively supporting Bowel Cancer UK and running the Strive for Five campaign to give hope to people with advanced bowel cancer (www.striveforfive.org).

Thank you for supporting Bowel Cancer UK & our wonderful Bear -
Steve.
