As much as I hope that no one will ever need to visit this incredible place, I hope that you will see and understand the amazing work they do. 

A lot of people that know me don't actually know that my dad fell ill 2017 with a huge brain tumour. Without this charity myself, my dad and our families would have struggled to manage everything by ourselves during the process of his operation at the Hallamshire Hospital, his treatment at Weston Park and his extensive time away from employment.  

The Weston Park Hospital and it's Cancer Support Centre has helped with absolutely everything from filling in long complicated application forms, organising bills and finances, understanding appointments, treatments options... basically everything in life for the past 8 months. During probably the most stressful and heartbreaking time these two buildings pretty much held our lives together. 

This is the second time in a fairly short period that my close family has needed to rely on these organisations and the amazing people that work for them. So I felt the need to give back. 

If you are able to spare some change then great! If this page simply raises some awareness of how lucky we are to have these places then my goal is complete.
