Please help support myself and Michael Skydive for MDUK. This is very personal to me as I was diagnosed with a form of Muscular Dystophy in December 2016.

I have Facioscapulohumeral Muscular Dystrophy (FSHD) which is a genetic progressive muscle wasting condition caused by a genetic mutation. It affects your face, shoulder blades, upper arms and can also affect your lower legs. Currently my symptoms are mild and my main issue is no longer being able to raise my right arm past 90 degrees.

Currently we do not know if Emilie has inherited this from me as I was diagnosed when she was 13 months old, she has a 50% chance and it would be brilliant to help towards finding a cure.
