Our row is to take place on the Saturday 8th December with an early start 0730hrs. The target time is to go under 8 hours, but due to the excellent training and fitness of the team we will try for 7 hours 30 mins or less. This means an average 500m pace of 2mins 15secs. As you can see from the picture our ages range from early 20`s to over 60`s with all being at different levels of fitness. The row will challenge us all on a personnel level, but the major driving force is to help our local neonatal unit here in Barnsley by raising as much money as possible.
