Our amazing volunteers at Sophie Hayes Foundation are running together for our first peer-to-peer fundraising effort - so here's where you can help us out!

The charity was set up by Sophie Hayes, a British girl who was trafficked by her best friend. So now, it's the charity that counts - The Sophie Hayes Foundation exists to empower and bring hope to survivors of human trafficking. 

Your donation - however tiny or large, will allow us to reach more survivors; it'll help us to support our incredible ladies on the next step of their journey. We run a programme that focuses around confidence building, personal development, finding jobs, preparing CVs and interview practice - ultimately helping them rebuild their lives!

I talk lots and lots about this stunning charity because I see, first-hand, the difference that we can make. We're a small team of passionate volunteers, but it's your donation that will help us to increase our outreach, and help more and more women.
