Backup Trust helps people who have a tendency to become hermits ... shed the snail shell and get out to meet people and do everything they can possibly do regardless of their limitations. An excellent cause and that i've witnessed do wonders first hand. With the help of BackUp charity, folks who are paralysed from the neck down can even go skiing. I haven't even been skiing! I hope you guys can give a little to support this charity. In return i promise to train for 12 weeks (started Dec 17) in a combat sport I've never even tried, then compete in a live boxing match against an un-known opponent of the same experience, in front of hundreds of spectators. Basically, ill get hit in the face if you give us some tenners. Cheers :-)
