We are Versus Arthritis to defy the pain & isolation of arthritis

Story

Arthur James Mervyn Mansell, MBE, DSC, FRPS.

Mervyn Mansell died peacefully on 26th August 2009 in , aged 91.

He was the beloved husband of June, father of Clive and Dawn, and grandfather to five grandchildren, Felicity, Giles, Alistair, Cameron and Olivia.

He was the Colts Cricket Manager at Ealing Cricket Club for 50 years and for 43 years a leading figure in the Middlesex Colts Association, besides being a pharmacist, a wartime naval officer, a gifted sportsman and friend.

He will be very much missed.

Dad asked that if anyone would like to make a donation in his memory, it should go into research into Polymyalgia Rheumatica (from which he suffered) through the Arthritis Research Campaign.

Thank you.

June, Clive, Dawn and Families
