Lupus is an incurable immune system illness, probably genetic in origin and mainly suffered by females. It can affect any part of the body. My wife (Lisa) was diagnosed back around 2008 and is fighting this battle everyday. I’m super proud of Lisa for fighting this battle and trying to live a normal life for our kids. I want to raise awareness and as much money as I can for the lupus uk. Lupus in Latin means wolf and what better way to take the wolf to the peaks to tackle 100km.
