On Sunday 31st July I will be taking part in the London Prudential Ride 100  to raise money for ellenor, a local hospice charity.

ellenor are based in Kent and are the only charity in the country that provides hospice care for people of all ages - babies, children and adults - and their families.

The Prudential 100 Ride is a gruelling 100 mile race starting at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in east London, running through south east London and Surrey before heading back to London and finishing at 'The Mall'.
