This is a challenge my young, athletic son alerted me to and I wanted to see if I, a mid- 50-year-old man, could achieve this challenge too. I also thought it would be a brilliant opportunity to raise money to help support the Nhs who have worked so hard and so brilliantly through this pandemic. I wanted to give back what I can.

I will be running 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours starting on Wednesday 13th May at 8 pm. This will be a mixture of road runs, treadmill, and garden run's to respect the government guidelines.

I will be posting videos and updates throughout the challenge so you can all stay updated with my progress and see that I've actually completed it ... hopefully.
