One of my very best friends sadly passed away in March after an epic battle with prostate cancer. Known as "Man of Steel"  he was an amazing friend, husband and father. My three run challenge is to raise money for  Prostate Cancer UK to help fund research into finding new cures for a cancer that affects thousands of men each year.  

Here's a little bit about them - 

"We were the first national organisation for prostate cancer in the UK. Our aim was to improve the care and welfare of those affected by prostate cancer, increase investment in research, and raise public and political awareness of a long-neglected disease" 

On the 26th April 2015 I ran the Marifun Southampton Half Marathon. On the 25th October I am running the Great South Run and on the 24th April 2016 I will be running the London Marathon. 

I am hoping to raise over £2,000 this year and your help so far has been amazing, thank you to all who have donated, it's a fantastic charity and a great cause.
