Being presented with the fortunate opportunity to take “gardening leave”, I wanted to contribute to society by utilising my time, health and fitness for the benefit of others. By cycling from Vietnam to Cambodia, I hope to complete the 400km journey in 6 days.

Being married to a wonderful nurse who works in palliative care,  I have been exposed to a very small part of the huge and tremendous work our caring profession provide. 

Recognising the valuable work of our Doctors and Nurses, I know we can make a difference to those who need it most.
