Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Our friends, Sam, Graham and Sydney Baker have recently lost their baby daughter and sister, who was born on Tuesday 15th December 2009. Sadly sometime in the preceding 24 hours she had got herself caught up on her umbilical cord and never had the opportunity to draw her first breath. It brings us all a huge amount of sadness and out of this we want to remember her and give something back to the world in memory of Scarlett Ella Baker.

In memory of Scarlett, I will be running the 2010 Virgin London Marathon that takes place on 25th April 2010 raising money for Sands.

Still and Neonatel Death Society (SANDS) is a charity that specialises in supporting families and all those that have been affected by tragedies such as that which has touched the Baker family and friends. Further information about this charity can be found at www.uk-sands.org.

Please give generously to this worthwhile cause in memory of Scarlett.

Thank you.
