Route has increased now to 140km from 120km.

After years of running I needed a new challenge and when it was suggested at work that we may enter a team into the Velothon Wales I thought this sounded perfect.

This is the first year of Velothon Wales which is a cycle event starting a finishing in Cardiff. There are 2 routes a 50 km and 140 km route. We have decided to complete the 140 km route.

I have always had a bike but never attempted to train for or do an event. This will be quite a challenge but one I am looking forward to.

I have decided to raise money for MacMillan Cancer support as they have helped a lot of family and friends in the last 15 years or so. If you would like to support me in my efforts please do so and it will be appreciated and help a really good cause.
