Jean-Luc lived and worked in England for a number of years.  His elder daughter was born in West Yorkshire and when she married in France I was honoured and proud to give her away. Jean-Luc was an avid rugby supporter and during the Six Nations there was always some interesting discussions!

His wife, two daughters and four grandchildren now all live in France.  He was always interested in food and back in the day even brought his own charcuterie and cheese when visiting England as he thought we only had Dairylea

Peter worked in Hospitality all his life.  He ran a range of clubs, pubs, restaurants and hotels.  This all started when he worked in his grandparent’s hotel in Blankenberge in Belgium.

He was the best company and even now his very bad jokes and one-liners still give all his friends and family a great laugh

His daughter, sons and two lovely granddaughters all now live in Hull.  He supported Hull City and Liverpool but we all forgave him for that!

Interestingly both Peter and Jean-Luc both worked as chefs in the same kitchen during the mid to late 1970s

Both sadly missed but never forgotten
