Memory Walk 2018
Campaign by Alzheimer's Society (RCN 296645)
This year over 110,000 people walk united, against dementia. We aim, with your help to raise over £9 million to help anyone affected by dementia.

Story

In 2008 my Dad, Graham Ford, was diagnosed with Frontotemporal Dementia.

After 9 years, he passed away in October of 2017. The Leicester Memory Walk is being held just a few days before the anniversary of his death, so we have decided to participate and raise funds for the Alzheimer's Society.

As a family who have experienced the effects of dementia, we are proud to support a cause that is so close to our hearts.

If you can help with our fundraising efforts then it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

At Alzheimer’s Society we’re working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives. We do this by giving help to those living with dementia today, and providing hope for the future by campaigning to make dementia the priority it should be and funding groundbreaking research.
