NABS is the advertising and media industry’s very own
charity. We exist to improve and champion the wellbeing of everyone in the industry, to help you, your colleagues, your company and the industry succeed and thrive.

Demand for our services is higher and needs are more complex than ever; last year we supported 4,000 people through our core services. we helped one in five of our Advice Line callers with their mental health and provided heartfelt support to the growing number of people contacting us for emotional support – which has doubled since 2017. We were able to refer 50% more people for our therapy services, giving people practical support for their wellbeing and 30% more people across the industry came to our nationwide Masterclasses, spreading our reach across the country.
