<p>Mark is one of our full time Paramedics on the Air Ambulance and he is looking for sponsors to help him with his challenge which is to race in the Namib Desert Challenge on the 26th to 30th March 2012 to raise &pound;10,000 for the Charity.</p> <p><br> The challenge involves running 220kms across the Namib Desert in temperatures up to 40 degrees and is basically 5 marathons in 5 days.
