The Alzheimers Society was a lifeline for my dad and a source of comfort and support for my mum.  My dad was very involved with raising awareness, taking part in interviews, being part of the delegation taking a letter to number 10, so my neice has organised this so my family and I can do our best to support a charity close to his heart.

Dementia is the UKs biggest killer. Someone develops it every three minutes and currently there is no cure. We know it is scary but we must confront the biggest health & social care challenge of our time. We owe it to the 900,000 people across the UK currently living with dementia to campaign for change, whilst providing vital day-to-day support.
