Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Our youngest son James was diagnosed with a brain tumour on 24th September 2014 aged three years.

James underwent a four hour operation, six days after diagnosis.

James is now aged seven. Unfortunately  his tumour had started to regrow but we have had one year of stable scans. Something we have not had in nearly four years.

Since October 2014 The Brain tumour charity have supported our family. Every single member of staff we have met are absolutely amazing. We are so thankful for their support.

This will be our 3rd walk and we hope to raise as much as we can.

The last 4 years have not been easy. James has many battles and has had to have 2 further operations due to a long term problem with his eating, that has been present since surgery. However he is so happy and copes so well.

We understand that is hard donating to different charities but every year 500 children are diagnosed. We never ever imagined that James would be part of that stastic. The Brain tumour charity have kept us sane.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
