We have chosen to support "Be Child Cancer Aware" who run the Beads of Courage programme in the UK, because they were such a support to a young friend of one of us - Eilish - and her family, before she sadly passed away aged 4 in October 2014.  Her beads continue to be a reminder of her joy despite immense bravery throughout her illness.

We will be aiming to climb Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon - the highest mountain in each of Scotland, England and Wales - in 24 hours.

We begin climbing Snowdon on the evening of the 19th June, then move onto Scafell Pike (climbing from 3am!) before finally completing Ben Nevis in Scotland hopefully within 1 day exactly from our start time.

So perhaps you could give us a thought while you're relaxing at home and getting a good night's sleep and remember that this is being done for such a good cause.  If you could spare any money to donate (and gift-aid it if you can) then it would be much appreciated and keep us motivated during the long hikes!
