Starting on the 6th of October 2019 I'll be taking on a challenge to run 50 marathons before my 50th birthday in November 2020. I'll be running in aid of Mind - the mental health charity. As someone who has struggled with depression for as long as I can remember, I understand how precious your mental health is.
