Call4Backup is a Police Peer-to-Peer Support Charity who help serving and volunteer members of the Police Service with issues they may be suffering with a view to improve their overall well-being. 

I am fundraising to support this charity by tabbing the Great North Run & Paras10. 

Tabbing consists of covering the distance carrying a weighted back pack, 35lb, wearing boots & trousers. 

My uncle was a serving Police Officer who was medically discharged and I'm undertaking these races to raise awareness and funds to help others like him.
